Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sizzle Sports is a digital conversation service — nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. Here is how billing, cancellation and refunds work.

1. Free minutes

You can try Sizzle Sports with 2 free minutes, and 3 more when you add your email. No payment is collected for free minutes.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time (see “How to cancel” below). Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current, already-paid period; you keep access through the end of it. We do not give prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Yearly plans

Yearly plans are billed once for twelve months and include a thirteenth month at no additional charge. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the paid term. If you believe you were charged in error, or want to request an exception, email info@sizzlesports.ai within 14 days of the yearly charge and we will review your request.

4. 30 minutes for $19.99

The one-time purchase of 30 minutes ($19.99) is final once any of its minutes have been used. If you bought it by mistake and have not used any of it, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel a plan at any time, with no cancellation fee, by:

• Using our online form at sizzlesports.ai/cancel,
• Emailing info@sizzlesports.ai, or
• Calling 818-633-0458

We will confirm your cancellation by email.

6. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email info@sizzlesports.ai as soon as possible so we can review and correct it.
